Helpful details to include
- macOS and app version. Let us know which version of macOS you’re using, and which version of Sweeply Pro (if you know it).
- Which folder or schedule is affected. Mention the folder path (for example, Downloads or a custom folder) and the age rule (7, 30, 60, or 90 days).
- What you expected vs what happened. A short description of what you expected to see and what actually happened helps us reproduce the issue faster.
