Helpful details to include

  • macOS and app version. Let us know which version of macOS you’re using, and which version of Sweeply Pro (if you know it).
  • Which folder or schedule is affected. Mention the folder path (for example, Downloads or a custom folder) and the age rule (7, 30, 60, or 90 days).
  • What you expected vs what happened. A short description of what you expected to see and what actually happened helps us reproduce the issue faster.

The more detail you can provide, the easier it is for us to understand and resolve your issue quickly. If possible, you can also attach screenshots directly in your email after the mail window opens.
